Chang Sensory Trails is back in Singapore from 15 Jul to 9 Sep 2022 and it is better than before. First introduced in 2016 in the US, UK and Singapore, Chang Sensory Trails is a food festival by Chang Beer that celebrates the most popular Thai street food from Bangkok and the lesser-known regions around Thailand.

Chang Sensory Trails 2022 will feature 15 Thai restaurants in Singapore where you can feast on the most diverse and complex flavours of popular Thai dishes from the four regions in Thailand (North, Northeast, Central and Southern). These participating restaurants will be offering exclusive Chang Beer promotions and you can also stand a chance to win special prizes when you dine at any of the 15 participating restaurants.

From now till 9 Sep 2022, enjoy 1 bottle of Chang Beer at only S$1 by ordering any of the participating restaurant’s signature dishes. Thereupon, buy two bottles of Chang Beer and get your third free!

On top of that, win tickets for two to Bangkok or Phuket just by scanning the QR code found on the Tent Card/Banner at each restaurant and register for a chance to continue the Chang Sensory Trails in Thailand!

CRAZY3

Formerly known as Thailily, Crazy3 at Goldhill Centre is a casual Thai restaurant that dishes out an array of Thai classics such as Seafood Tom Yum as well as fusion interpretations.

The two signature dishes that they have picked for Chang Sensory Trails 2022 are their Crazy3 Thai Garlic Squid (S$20.80) & Mini Pork Bomb (S$12.90). The former is a super addictive and crispy battered squid that is topped with a pile of fried garlic, while the latter is very unassuming-looking but super delicious pork meatballs that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Complement these savoury dishes with a pint of iced cold Chang Beer.

KHAO HOM BY RUNG MAMA

Located within Djitsun Mall in Ang Mo Kio, Khao Hom by Rung Mama is a hidden gem opened by a Thai lady with the recipes from her mother, Rung Mama.

The Crab Meat with yellow curry and Thai Noodles (S$18), also known as Ke Nom Jin Kaeng Pu, was super fiery, hot and spicy. We totally enjoyed this robust-tasting dish! You will definitely need a drink after eating it – an ice cold Chang Beer that is.

The Seafood & Crab in Thai Curry Powder (Talay Phad Phong Karee, S$18) is the other signature dish that is part of  Chang Sensory Trails 2022 promotion. This is less spicy but no less flavourful, and goes super well with beer!

NAKHON KITCHEN HOLLAND VILLAGE

One of the most well-known Thai restaurants in Singapore, Nakhon Kitchen is a household name among Singaporeans for its authentic and affordable Thai street food.

The two signature dishes from Nakhon Kitchen’s Holland Village outlet are Homemade Thai Prawn Cake (S$12) and Spicy Otah Pancake (S$10) and they are perfect with Chang Beer’s refreshing golden brew. The savoury flavours and crispy texture go hand in hand with the Thai smooth brew. Order either one of the two signature dishes to get 1 bottle of Chang Beer for only S$1.
