The gigantic pork leg is served with a dark and flavourful herbal sauce, coating every bit of the meat. The skin was fatty and gelatinous and had huge chunks of meat attached to the bone. The meat was fall off the bone tender and there was a burst of flavour in every bite without the herbal taste of the sauce being too overpowering.
