Stumbled upon Instagram, The Ang Ku Kueh Hut offers interesting flavours of ang ku kueh. It was formerly known as The Ang Ku Kueh Shop and was located at one of the shophouses in Upper Thomson Road. Not wanting to forget the value and recipes, it has been rebranded to The Ang Ku Kueh Hut, and now it is stationed at Kim Keat Road.

The Ang Ku Kueh Hut is the first brand to introduce hazelnut and pistachio stuffings for ang ku kueh in Singapore.  Using 100% hazelnut and pistachio as stuffings, some say that it tastes like an elevated version of peanut stuffings. The hazelnut version has a little hint of cocoa powder. It sounds like a nod to Nutella! Apart from these two first-ever stuffings, The Ang Ku Kueh Hut has other stuffings, too.

A seasonal must-have is none other than durian. Stuffed to the brim, the durian paste is wrapped with blue pea skin. The seasonal choice is available for a box of five, or a box of ten pieces. Other traditional choices such as yam, red bean, peanut, and green bean are available. If you would love to order online, you can check out their official website right here.
