The braised duck noodles ($3.50) come with the option of kway teow or yellow noodles, or even both! You can even choose between the dry and soup version as well! The noodles come perfectly cooked with a beautiful blend of chilli, coriander, and fried shallots, giving a burst of flavour with each bite! The duck is prepared simple but executed to perfection! The meat is braised to a beautiful tenderness and has a pleasant fragrance of Chinese herbs. Flavourful and fresh, pair it with the noodles for ultimate enjoyment!

Served alongside this tasty bowl of noodles is a delicious soup as well! The soup has a good balance of herbal and pepperiness, making every sip super shiok! Though Seng Heng’s duck noodles are pretty simple, it is undeniable that they have mastered their craft! Definitely an old-school and comforting dish that’s perfect for starting your day!
