Earlier last year, there were a couple of things that were on the rise. Think about the iconic Dalgona coffee, banana cake, and of course, burnt basque cheesecake. If you couldn’t get enough of the latter one, perhaps you will need to check this one out.

Dual Layer & Velvety Tiramisu Basque Cheese Cake

We had stumbled upon Jul’s, an online-based bakery by a baking enthusiast, Julene. Started baking when she was young, she was encouraged by her friends to sell her baked goods. Scrolling through the official website, it appears that she has different renditions of the famous burnt basque cheesecakes.

Some of the creamy delights you will find are Matcha Basque Cheese Cake, Rainbow Original Basque Cheese Cake, Salted Caramel Biscotti Basque Cheese Cake, and Original Basque Cheese Cake. The latest addition is none other than Tiramisu Basque Cheese Cake, and it looks like a real treat.

The tiramisu version has dual layers. At the bottom, you will find the usual basque cheesecake. It is topped off with a layer of fresh mousse. Similar to the usual versions of tiramisu, it has a slight hint of coffee, making it the perfect breakfast and tea time treat. The new addition to the online menu is priced at $49.

It is noted that her creations can last up to five days in the fridge, but netizens who had tried it mentioned that they usually finished it faster. That’s how good it is. To check out the website, you can click here.
