The new Pandan Kaya with Melon Seeds mooncake has smooth and pandan-infused white lotus paste and crunchy melon seeds.
Another exciting new addition to The Marmalade Pantry’s lineup is the Classic Earl Grey Infused Lotus Paste mooncake which combines the blend of floral and citrus notes from milled Earl Grey tea with white lotus paste.
The gorgeous Baked Charcoal with Black Sesame and Macadamia Nuts mooncake comes with a touch of edible gold dust and it features a traditional combination of aromatic black sesame seeds and macadamia nuts in black sesame paste encased in charcoal skin.
Mooncake purists will go for the classic Double Yolk with White Lotus Paste with savoury golden yolks enrobed in velvety white lotus paste.
