It seems like there’s a new trend in town: famous fashion brands setting up their own dine-in cafe. Following the successful launch of Coach Cafe comes Ralph’s Coffee, a cafe by the popular American fashion label Ralph Lauren. The new cafe is slated to open in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands in mid-July 2023.

Ralph’s Coffee first opened in Manhattan in 2014 to much fanfare. Since then, they’ve gone on to launch more cafes across the border, with an outlet in London and another in Munich. In October 2022, they announced their Southeast Asian branch in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

The new SG outlet will sport the cafe’s signature dark green aesthetic, complete with vintage-esque finishings. We’re not sure how big the space will be, but we know there’ll be a dine-in area with seats.

The menu and prices aren’t out at the moment, but based on an article by 8days.sg, fans can expect Ralph’s Coffee iconic New York-style cookies that are thick and chunky.

Here’s hoping we’ll also get a taste of their house-blend Ralph’s Roast, which features organic coffee beans from South and Central American coffee farms. This specialty brew is best for drip coffee, though your regular espresso-based Latte and Americano will definitely be available.

Fans can also expect sweet treats such as Five Layer Chocolate Cake and Coconut Cake, which are both available at most international outlets.

We’ll update this story when we get more details.

In other cafe news, Keong Saik Bakery has shifted operations, moving to a spanking new location in Bendemeer! The cafe has unique pastries such as muah chee croissant, along with their signature cruffins and burnt cheesecake.
