The Sichuan Mala Chicken ($3.90) composes of marinated boneless chicken meat, Ma Jiao peppercorns, chilli bean sauce, ginger, dried chilli, white sesame seeds and peanuts. It is then stir-fried and served in a cup for customers to enjoy with convenience. The bright yellow of the cup is certainly eye-catching so don’t be surprised if you catch a few eyes glancing at you as you’re eating your scrumptious snack!

Steamed Curry Chicken Bao At Tanjong Pagar Outlet

For those who haven’t heard, Old Chang Kee has also released a new Curry Chicken Bao exclusively at their Tanjong Pagar outlet. The Curry Chicken Bao ($1.60), features the same curry puff filling as the original Curry’O. However, it is instead wrapped in a bao skin with pleats to resemble the traditional curry puff. Instead of it being deep-fried, these are steamed. For those who are health-conscious, this will make a great option if you’re craving for a taste of curry puff! Enjoy the same taste and forget about the calories!
