Biscoff soft serve at Nasty Cookie

Lurking in the shadows of food trends, the Biscoff flavour seems ever-ready to make a yearly resurgence of sorts. Following McDonald’s release of their Lotus Biscoff McFlurry, Nasty Cookie has announced the reintroduction of their Biscoff Soft Serve ($2.90), which debuted back in 2019.

Coming in either a cone or a more portable cup, the soft serve is infused with cookie butter and topped off with crushed Lotus biscuits. Cookie fans will be happy to note that there is an option to top any cookie purchases with the soft serve for an extra $1.80.

Available indefinitely from 30 May 2021, the Biscoff Soft Serve will only be available at their Funan and Orchard Gateway outlets. In line with the P2HA restrictions, the soft serve will only be available for takeaway. It also won’t be available for deliveries either, that means it would be quite a challenge if you want to enjoy it in the comforts of your own home.

The first introduction of this Biscoff flavour back in 2019 paved the way for their bestseller: Biscoff Cookie ($4.90), which made it as a mainstay on their menu. This set a precedent for their future line of caramel-flavoured items, such as Biscoff Latte ($5.50), and Nasty Cookie Nuggets ($5 for six) that come with a speculoos dip.

Started as a home business in 2018, Nasty Cookie is the product of founder, Regine Sum, who saw an opportunity in the largely unexplored category of Levain Bakery-inspired cookies in Singapore. Since then, the brand has quickly grown to occupy physical kiosks at Orchard Gateway, Funan, and Kaki Bukit.

Do note that the Nasty Cookie outlets are still open for takeaways and deliveries during this period.
