Introducing Meng Kee Fried Kway Teow situated at Havelock Road Cooked Centre. Meng Kee Fried Kway Teow has been passed down from one generation to another. Unlike other hawker stalls that mass produce char kway teow, this spot makes one plate at a time to ensure the texture and flavour are on point.

Loved by the locals, Meng Kee Fried Kway Teow has a traditional breath of wok. The authentic dish is full of ingredients. Apart from kway teow, it is topped off with an egg, dried sausage, and also cockles. Of course, no plate of char kway teow is complete without the usage of pork lard. It truly brings out the flavours of the plate.

If you love cockles, you will be excited to know that it is fresh, and many opt to add more cockles to their plate. The starting price per plate is $3, and it goes all the way up to $5, depending on the size and toppings. Apart from fried kway teow, it also offers fried carrot cake.
