Gram Pancakes Waterway Point
Gram Pancakes arrived in Singapore two years ago, and the hype upon its arrival was immense. Its VivoCity flagship saw snaking queues each day, with hungry hordes waiting to get their hands on these famous Japanese souffle pancakes. Now, those living in Punggol and its vicinity won’t have to travel down the North-East line for these ‘cakes, as Gram Pancakes is set to open their second outlet at Waterway Point in Punggol.
Eatbook SG has reached out to Gram Pancakes to confirm their date of opening, but for now, one can see the shop’s hoarding in the mall, situated at Level 1, at the West Wing. We do hope the outlet will open time for or after the return of dining-in.
Gram Cafe & Pancakes Review: Jiggly Souffle Pancakes From Osaka Arrives In Singapore
For those unfamiliar with Gram, the brand hails from Osaka, and is one of Japan’s most popular souffle pancake labels, aside from Flipper’s Pancakes, and Belle-ville Pancakes. Gram is known for their thick, cloudlike pancake stacks, available in both savoury and sweet flavours. Their VivoCity flagship releases pancakes at specific timeslots each day, with only 30 orders available each slot.
Their signature Premium Pancake is priced at $18.90, and is served with a dollop of butter, as well as syrup.
Apart from this souffle stack, they also have other “normal” pancakes in flavours like matcha, and tiramisu, priced from $15.90. French toast is also sold in sweet flavours if you’re not a big pancake person, priced from $12.90. Savoury brunch fare is also available too.
We will update this article with more information in due time, but for now, if you’d like to satisfy your Gram cravings, they do takeaway and delivery, with a $6 flat islandwide delivery fee if you order two or more items. You can order via the Gram website.

They are also selling boxes of souffle pancake sandwiches, each containing four pancakes with cream fillings. The Original Box ($18.90) is packed with four premium souffle pancakes with vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and matcha cream, while their Cookie Box ($20.90) has souffle pancakes sandwiched with oreo cream, earl grey butter, white chocolate cream, and a Lotus Biscoff cream.
