The spot that we are about to introduce has several names, including Blanco Court Food Centre (3rd Storey), Blanco Court Kway Chap, and To-Ricos Guo Shi. In this article, we will be sticking with To-Ricos, the same name that is on Google. Despite the name confusion, everyone knows this hawker stall at Old Airport Road. Famous enough to have a queue, and also to be recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

Pair it together with smooth rice noodles, and some chilli on top, it will feel like a heavenly party in your mouth. There is no certain price for a plate of kway chap, but do take note that the prices at To-Ricos may be slightly higher than usual. To enjoy a plate of kway chap, we would suggest visiting this hawker stall during non-peak hours to avoid the queue.
