Located in a humble food centre in Singapore, Zion Road Fried Kway Teow is patronised by many locals. Soon, it has gained recognition by many media outlets, dubbing it as a ‘die-die must-eat before you die’ spot. Following the local recognition, Michelin has also recommended Zion Road Fried Kway Teow.

Unlike the usual version of fried kway teow, you will notice that Zion Road’s version is much darker in colour. One of the key ingredients of making a heartwarming plate is none other than dark soy sauce. Using this ingredient, it is noticeable that the version here is much sweeter, in comparison to others in Singapore.
