Edith Patisserie has introduced their first cafe outlet called Edith Patisserie Cake Bar at Dhoby Ghaut. This marks their first move into the cafe business from their initial takeaway-only bakery concept at North Bridge Road.

In line with their opening, the outlet is offering 15% off the total bill till 18th April 2021. Also, don’t miss out on their Instagram page’s giveaway, where six winners will be selected to win either waffles and soft serve, or a 15% discount voucher.

For those uninitiated to Edith Patisserie, they have garnered a large following on their Instagram page for their whimsically beautiful tiered cakes. They have been a popular source for unique cakes flavours such as Thai Milk Tea Cake ($8 for a slice) and Mini Yuzu Strawberry Slices ($5), which you might be able to find being served in the cafe as well.

Their Honey Cake ($14) was initially created as a special order but ended up becoming so popular, it stayed on the menu. This cake comprises six layers of honey sponge cake coated with caramel cream and servings of honey crumbs.

At their new outlet, they have rode on the popularity of this cake and came up with their Signature Honey Soft Serve ($4). This new creation is essentially the flavours of their popular cake transformed into an ice cream soft serve, with a bonus of honey crumbs and honey drizzles.

Their new cafe will also feature a selection of waffles. That includes Chocolate Waffles ($13), which are butter waffles served with chocolate brownies, cookies, and a salted caramel sauce. For those looking for a healthier option, they have Mixed Berry Waffles ($13), that come with strawberries, blueberries, honey crumbs, and honey drizzled over the dessert.
