Bundt by The Backyard Bakers to open in Jewel with OG blackout brownies

Blackout brownies were all the rage a couple of years ago, and we only have Bundt by The Backyard Bakers to thank for making these chocolatey, fudgy treats a mainstream hit.

The bakery has solely been operating out of their Havelock Road flagship since 2017, but we come bearing good news for Easties, as they have teased on Instagram that they will be officially opening a store in Jewel Changi.

Not much is yet known about the new Bundt by The Backyard Bakers outlet, though the hoarding is up at Jewel Changi right now. We will update this when we get more details.

Meanwhile, get psyched to have your hands on all of their signature bakes. The Black Brownies (from $6.20) are a perennial fave and come in a whopping 23 flavours, including hits such as their Valrhona Dulcey & Sea Salt, Sticky Chewy Fudge, and Premium Hojicha.

They also have toothsome slices of Banana Bread (from $6.50) in different flavours as well, including one laced with dark chocolate and walnuts.

Their menu has also seen additions such as flavoured madeleines, muffins, cookies, and brookies join the fray. Their flagship also has a couple of savoury items, including a Truffle Mushroom Sourdough Grilled Cheese ($16.35) sandwich, and house-made otah that’s wildly popular with fans.
