For meat lovers working hard in the CBD, it’s time to give yourselves a treat at popular steakhouse Bochinche. This Argentinian restaurant is located a short three-minute walk away from Telok Ayer MRT Station, and they’ve got free-flow Argentinian ribeye steaks from just $60++!

This free-flow steak promotion runs on Saturdays from 11:30am to 1pm, and 1pm to 2:30pm━it’s highly recommended to book your meal here. The 90-minute Free Flow Ribeye Lunch ($60++) lets you indulge in as many servings of 180g Argentinian ribeye steak as you can stomach, slathered with their house-made chimichurri dip and served with a side of crispy fries.

What’s special about Bochinche is their use of traditional Asado techniques, where slow-burning fires in a charcoal griller cook the meats, customarily skewered on metal frames called asadors. All their meats are also specially curated, aged and cut in-house, before they cook it with their wood-fired grill.

If you’re here for the a la carte menu, try their Argentinian “Black Label” Ribeye (300g for $75++) that’s grass-fed and wet-aged for 28 days. Wet-ageing is a process of storing the meat in a vacuum bag, which is then kept in a refrigerator, tenderising the meat while retaining its freshness and moisture.

Pair these meats with their array of starters, including a hot dish of Provoleta ($27++) cheese with fermented tomato, mixed in with honey and a dash of herbs, and Pimentón peppers.

While you’re here, you should try their unique desserts as well. Order the Argentinian Doughnut ($19++) that sees doughnuts filled with dulce de leche, AKA milk that’s simmered with sugar into a caramel-esque syrup, accompanied with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Otherwise, coffee lovers will want to go for the Espresso Martini Creme Brulee ($19++) that’s served with brown sugar ice cream.

If you’re here with your lunch kakis, you can also opt for the set lunch that starts from $45++. The meal includes a starter, a main, a dessert, and a drink.
