Greetings, everyone! It is always great to stay creative while staying at home. There are a lot of new activities to be discovered. In fact, many of us picked up cooking and baking during the first phase of Circuit Breaker. If you are planning to create some dishes without starting from scratch, here is one do-it-yourself kit from Bao Makers that you will need to check out!
Bao Makers Has Innovative Do-It-Yourself Kits
If you have yet to hear about Bao Makers, it is time to take a seat! Located at Jiak Chuan and Gateway, Bao Makers is the very first bun concept store to be located in Singapore. No, we are not talking about the buns with oozing fillings. Bao Makers has traditional Chinese buns filled with local and international flavours. These traditional buns are smooth and almost silky in texture.
In between them, find flavours such as Chilli Crab Bao, Salmon Mentaiko Bao, Belly of Pork Bao, Truffle Mushroom Bao, and more. To taste all the different flavours available, Bao Makers even have a platter that serves nine different flavours for $32. It is the perfect centerpiece while you try out other interesting dishes including Beef Sando and Mentaiko Lobster. Yes, please!
Although you can’t make your way to Bao Makers for dine-in, you can assemble your very own baos at home. Bao Makers has just introduced Bao Kits, and these kits come with nicely packed baos and fillings. There are a few choices such as Chilli Crab Bao Kit, Belly of Pork Bao Kit, Salted Egg Chicken Bao Kit, and Sansho Pepper Chicken Bao Kit. These kits are priced between $19.00 to $21.00. You can make six baos each!
