Established in June 2012, POLLEN is located in the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay and it is helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Michael Wilson, who creates modern interpretive cuisine inspired by nature’s bounty.
Pollen will reopen for lunch and dinner from 23 – 27 June 2021 for one final week of service before undergoing a refresh of their space and concept.
While the main draw of POLLEN is the restaurant at level one that offers multi-course dining, Fennel Cafe on level two is equally worth visiting too.
The garden-themed cafe offers panoramic views of Marina Bay and Singapore Flyer and it is easily one of the prettiest places to have afternoon tea in Singapore.
There is a free buggy service from Gardens by the Bay’s arrival plaza to the Flower Dome and the service runs every five minutes from 11.30 am onwards.
You can also get complimentary access to the Flower Dome without paying the entrance fee which saves you S$12/adult. Make sure to take a stroll in the Flower Dome after having your meal at POLLEN/ Fennel Cafe.
We are eagerly waiting for POLLEN to reveal the new concept and space after their revamp. Until then, you can enjoy a final meal at POLLEN during their last week of service from 23 – 27 June 2021.
