ANG KU KUEH CAKE (400g, S$48)
The newest addition to The Marmalade Pantry’s Lunar New Year lineup is the Ang Ku Kueh Cake which is inspired by the traditional Ang Ku Kueh. Who would have thought this would be possible?
Enveloped in cocoa butter in an auspicious red hue, it features layers of light vanilla chiffon sponge, osmanthus mousse, and smooth mung bean crémeux studded with springy mochi pieces to recreate the Ang Ku Kueh’s filling and glutinous rice flour skin texture.
