Michelin-recognised, Balestier Road Hoover Rojak has been around for more than 60 years. Churning out plates of Penang-style rojak, this spot mixes the ingredients using a trusty mortar. It all starts with a mixture of some chilli paste, grinded nuts, sugar, and other sauces. Then, some lime juice and bunga kantan are added into the mix. Fresh fruits and vegetables are beautifully tossed together, coating every inch.
