Beach-themed bar at Raffles City Shopping Centre
Some might be familiar with the bars under multi-concept group Tipsy Collective, including popular names like Tipsy Penguin and O/T Bar. A new addition to the list is Tipsy Flamingo, a beach-themed bar opening at Raffles City on 19 August.

One signature dish you’ll find here is the Lobster & Crabmeat Roll ($26): toasted hot dog bun packed with fresh lobster and crab meat, and then doused in an aromatic truffle mayonnaise sauce. Finishing off this seafood delight are tobiko and smoked herring caviar, which add a burst of flavour.
Pair this with your favourite booze to enhance your night-out experience and bring it to the next level!

Love beef? Their highly raved, bite-sized Wagyu Beef Cubes ($18) will go hand-in-hand with a glass of wine.
Another interesting item by the Tipsy Collective is the Ebi Katsu Sando ($19), available online for takeaway and delivery at Hadouken. This Japanese sandwich features breaded king prawn, fresh cabbage, and flying fish roe, all sandwiched between toasted brioche. Depending on your mood, choose from three sauces: Spicy Mala, Spicy Mentaiko, and Triple Cheese sauce.
