Opened by Jansen, 31, he is certainly no stranger to the F&B industry, having previously worked as a chef at The Ritz-Carlton. He has even gone on to run a few cafes since! Big Boys Sizzling offers a plethora of dishes to choose from, ranging from your classics like your Chicken Chop and Fish & Chips to Australian Steaks and their Signature Corkflake Chicken.

One of the things that make them stand out definitely has to be their array of sides! Besides the usual cheese fries and onion rings, the stall offers up more unique dishes like Mentaiko Fries, Nachos Cheesy Chicken Balls, and Takoyaki Chicken Meatballs! You’ll definitely be spoilt for choice!
Amazing And Unique Cornflake Chicken!

The Signature Cornflake Chicken ($8.90) is served with a generous portion of not just one, but two chicken cutlets! The exterior is incredibly crispy, with the cornflakes making the batter thicker than your usual fried chicken cutlets. However, it does get more jelak as well, making this a good sharing dish. As for the chicken, it is succulent and the flavour of the cornflakes shines through with each bite! It’s like having cereal with fried chicken, giving you a unique and amazing combination!

Even the fries aren’t your regular ones! They are coated with curry powder, making you feel like you’re eating a curry puff! Although they lack the fluffiness in the middle, the crispiness on the outside definitely makes up for it! Additionally, the coleslaw is really fresh and crunchy and has a pleasant amount of tang. Overall, it’s a tasty dish that’s definitely worth checking out!
