The Beef Noodle ($7/$10) comes with your choice of noodles (Yellow Mee, Bee Hoon or Kway Teow), chunks of beef and beef tripe along with a comforting beef broth!

The Kway Teow noodles are chewy and with each bite, they absorb the beef broth more and more! The type of kway teow noodles used are the thin type – probably the reason why the noodles can absorb the broth easier!

The soup also contains a generous amount of beef chunks and beef tripe! If you’re not a fan of beef tripe, you can let the workers know and they’ll replace it with more beef chunks instead! The beef chunks are extremely easy to bite into, and manage to rip apart easily. The beef tripe pieces are also surprisingly easy to chew into unlike some other stalls! Additionally, the beef pieces are pretty big so this dish is definitely value for money!

The broth was light and you can actually taste the deep beef flavours in it! The broth does not require extra seasoning however, if you are someone who can handle spice, add in some chilli flakes – it will really take this broth to another level!
