For those that didn’t know, Authentic Mun Chee Kee actually has two family outlets, with the other named Cheng Mun Chee Kee Pig Organ Soup located at Foch Road. Created by Uncle Mun Chee, the original recipe from 1973 continues to be used to this day, drawing customers from all over Singapore.

The stall offers a wide array of dishes ranging from Claypot Sesame Oil Chicken and Braised Pig Intestines to their popular Pig Organ Soup as well as their braised and vinegar pig trotters. With a ton of other side dishes to enjoy, it’s safe to say customers will definitely be spoiled for choice!

Served at an affordable price of $2.80 with a generous amount of braised pork, the meat is seriously flavourful and tender. It has a good ratio of fats to lean meat, with the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Compared to the ones you’ll find at Taiwanese Cafes, this will definitely hit the spot and at a much more affordable price point as well!

One of their best-sellers, the Pig Organ Soup is definitely a must-try when you’re here. The soup is light yet flavourful, with each sip bringing you a delightful feeling of comfort. The dish is served with a generous amount of ingredients like minced pork, liver, pork balls, and pig stomach.

The liver is perfectly cooked, making it incredibly tender while the stomach gives a nice chewy bite. Both taste really clean as well, making them veru palatable for most people. As for the pork ball, it has a really pleasant bite and is seasoned to perfection. Elevating the flavours of the ingredients is the chilli, adding layers of spice and tang to each bite.

Additionally, the consistency isn’t too thick as well, allowing you to drink it with ease and enjoyment.
