If you’re a fan of coffee and cocktails, FiftyFive Coffee Bar is the perfect place for you. This newly opened cafe serves coffee during the day, and will soon be serving cocktails at night!

FiftyFive Coffee Bar just opened last week, with their soft launch menu featuring specialty coffee and tea, as well as pastries that are freshly baked in-house daily. Once their official cafe-to-bar concept launches in May, you can expect an extensive list of cocktails on top of their current offerings.

The new space has plenty of charm, featuring a minimalist interior with garden-like elements. Decorated with potted plants and hanging lamps, the store is also decked in earthy tones for a zen, calm ambience.

Those looking for something unique can try the Manuka Honey Miso Latte ($7.50). This drink features a sweet-savoury blend of espresso with manuka honey and miso-infused milk.

Be sure to try out their Strawberry Pipagao Latte ($7.50/$8.50), an interesting mix of Chinese cough syrup with strawberry milk and espresso. Topped with a fresh strawberry, this drink is said to be well-balanced with sweet, tangy notes.

For a non-caffeinated option, their Iced Chocolate ($7.50) is a refreshing drink, made with 70% single-origin Cambodian cacao beans for a rich, chocolatey flavour. Alternatively, have their signature Dirty Spiced Lemonade ($7.50), which sees lemon juice mixed with house-blended spices.

Pastries-wise, their Chocolate Babka ($7) is a popular option, which stars soft brioche slices with ribbons of chocolate running through the bread. It’s also drizzled with chocolate sauce for an additional layer of sweetness.
