Fun fact, the man in charge, Ah Qiang, actually hails from a family of Hokkien mee stall owners! Liang Ji Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee currently has two outlets in Singapore, one in Geylang, and the other at Bedok, which recently opened in February. Ah Qiang strives to live up to his family’s name and continues serving up his delicious Hokkien mee with an extra touch of boujee-ness!

How the idea came about was that he wanted to serve something unique for mother’s and father’s day. As no other Hokkien mee stalls in Singapore served lobster with their dish, he wanted to stand out and decided to give it a shot. Well, it certainly paid off and the stall continues drawing Hokkien mee and seafood lovers all around Singapore to this day!
