They also have a second outlet located at Crescent Mall, but all the baked goods are delivered from their main branch at Blk 78B Telok Blangah.

Despite baking their UFO Buns for over 30 years, it has surprisingly only picked up in popularity over recent years. How its popularity grew was that Mazda (yes, the car brand) started ordering the buns for their events which soon became a hit. This resulted in large group buys for the UFO Buns and they have remained a popular item at Bread Story to this day.
Unique And Tasty UFO Buns!

Resembling a taco, the UFO Chicken Floss ($1.30) comes with a chiffon-like sponge cake with a generous amount of floss and homemade mayonnaise stuffed in between. The cake is light, fluffy, and moist, with a pleasant amount of sweetness that blends perfectly with the savouriness of the floss.
The chicken floss has a good bite to them and doesn’t clump together, allowing them to be evenly spread out with each bite. For those who aren’t big fans of mayo, you’ll be happy to know there isn’t an overwhelming amount of it, and it also gives a subtle tanginess to lift the flavours.

If you want a little kick of heat, the UFO Spicy Floss ($1.30) is the one to go for! Similar to the original, the spicy floss however adds a pleasant kick of heat but do note, the taste of the floss is less prominent due to the spice. Unique, affordable, and tasty, what more could you ask for? If you enjoy sweet-savoury buns, this is definitely one to check out. Hurry down today!
