Attention all orh nee and durian fans, here’s a dessert shop that you might want to check out: Yevolution at Amoy Street! Here, you’ll find a unique variety of coconut-based desserts and drinks from lattes and shakes, to the bestselling durian and orh nee panna cotta. However, what’s special is that these desserts are served in coconut husks!

If you’re not familiar with orh nee, it is essentially a sweet yam paste served with ginkgo nuts. The Yummy Yami Mochi ($8.60) coconut panna cotta is definitely one for taro lovers to check out. This creamy dessert stars smooth yam paste on top of silky coconut panna cotta, coconut flesh, and layers of chewy mochi encased in a coconut husk.

If you’d like something more indulgent, there’s no better way to treat yourself than with the Durian Fantastic ($9.90) coconut panna cotta. Comprising D24 durian custard and Yevolution’s signature coconut panna cotta and mochi, this dessert is said to be fragrant, bittersweet, and smooth without being too jelak.

To beat the heat, go for the Fresh Mango Snow Mountain ($8.60), a refreshing and fruity treat with mango chunks and ice cream. The Hearty Oat & Nut ($8), on the other hand, is great for those who’d like that extra crunch!

Yevolution also offers refreshing drinks. The Mango Lychee Pop Cheezo ($5.50) has a thick and creamy layer of cheese foam on top of mango and lychee-infused tea, while the Coconut Cloud Caffe Latte ($6.80) is worth a shot if you’d like a caffeine boost.
