Sweets Craftman Serves Mount Fuji Swiss Rolls
Based in Jalan Besar, Sweets Craftman is one of the latest desserts cafe in Singapore. Operated by a pastry chef with years of experience in Raffles Hotel, the humble dessert cafe took the Internet by storm with its twist in swiss roll. Here, you will find Fujiro – a swiss roll with the center designed to mimic the famous Mount Fuji.
There are several flavours available such as Matcha Fujiro, and Tieguanyin Fujiro – both neatly priced at $7.80 each. Pleasing to the eyes, the swiss rolls are described to be lighter in texture and flavour. Apart from these interesting desserts, Sweets Craftman also has other ‘treats’ up their sleeves.
Indulge in Summer Berries Meringue, Flourless Chocolate Raspberry Roll, Blueberry Tart, Strawberry Shortcake, and other colourful sweets. The setup of this place is perfect for the ‘gram, but do note that there are limited seatings available right here.
