For that low, low price, you get your pick from two different donburi options, which rotate daily, Typically, the eatery prices their donburi from $14, so this is truly a steal.

Here are the mains you can expect for just $5. There’s the Katsu Kuro Curry, a katsu curry made with a blackened curry roux. For unagi lovers, keep your eyes peeled for their Unagi Tama Don, served with slices of unagi and sweet tamago egg. The Negitoro Don and Salmon Don are super worth the price, as with both, you get fresh sashimi atop sweet vinegared rice.
Finally, there’s the classic Gyu Don, with tender beef slices and caramelised onions.
Fill up on their side dishes as well, which are priced at just $2.50 each. There are four options available daily: Red Miso with Clams, Ramen Egg, Brinjal with Goma Sauce, and Potato Salad.
As mentioned, the current promo is limited time only, and likely available till mid-December, according to a brand rep. Depending on the response, the brand might go ahead and extend the promo, so do check them out if you want more affordable options for lunch in the CBD.
