Here in Singapore, we have plenty of mouth-watering eats. At the same time, there are many things to love about our neighbour Malaysia. One of them is undeniably the flavourful and authentic cuisine is that is not only rich in heritage, but also in taste. Penang Culture (Halal-certified restaurant), the embodiment of that dual spirit of innovation and tradition with their food, marks 10 delicious years of sharing that mutual respect and appreciation this year.

- Malacca Golden King Prawn Seafood Bee Hoon (S$24.90 after 50% off, U.P. S$49.80)
This is an indulgent bee hon dish cooked to succulent sweetness with King prawns, clams and squid in a rich, thick milk and cheese sauce. From its name, you can easily tell this dish is from the historic straits of Malacca. And Penang Culture even elevated this dish from its previous recipe to include King prawns paired with the creamy milk and cheese gravy. In fact, Penang Culture’s version is made with 3 types of cheeses such as nachos and gouda topped with parmesan.
2. Penang Fragrant Kam Heong Clams (S$9.90 after 50% off, U.P. S$19.80)
The next dish is from the island state of Penang. Consisting of juicy lala clams stir-fried with dried shrimp, curry leaves and a rich caramel-like soy sauce, this dish is pleasantly sweet yet not short of spice. Also, the star of this dish is the Kam Heong sauce made with Chef’s family recipe using curry powder imported from Thailand.
3. KL Crispy Breaded Chicken Cutlet (S$8.90 after 50% off, U.P. S$17.80)
Last but definitely not the least, is a dish from the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. The Crispy Breaded Chicken Cutlet is a whole succulent chicken thigh breaded and deep-fried to golden perfection. It’s served with a Western-Asian fusion dipping sauce, housemade curry mayo.
*The 3 new dishes are available at Penang Culture from 9th March to 31st May 2021
4. Penang Rojak (S$5.90)

5. Penang Premium Nasi Lemak (S$14.90)
