We all love Old Chang Kee‘s deep-fried curry puffs, along with their newer launches such as their steamed Curry Chicken Bao and Black Sesame Balls. The homegrown brand is back at it again, with an all-new product: Satay in a Cup ($4).
Old Chang Kee Has New Gooey Black Sesame Balls At $1.70
This new launch is a collab with Jumain Sataysfaction, known for their traditional satay made with a secret recipe that dates all the way back to 1910. Each cup gets you five halal-certified chicken skewers, which works out to just $0.80 per stick. You can get it across over 70 Old Chang Kee outlets islandwide from 13 April to 15 May 2022.
You can also get them on delivery platforms such as GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Deliveroo, at $10 for 10 sticks.

No MSG, colouring, or preservatives are used, so you’re getting premium quality here. The satay is marinated with a secret blend of spices and topped with the brand’s signature peanut sauce upon order. This means you can enjoy your skewers on the go, whenever and wherever you are!

If you’re craving something heartier, there’s also a set offered during the same time frame. The Old Chang Kee Blue Pea Nasi Lemak with Chicken Satay Dipped In Satay Sauce, complete with a Bandung Drink. Priced at $11.90, the set is available at all Coffee House outlets, including Tanjong Pagar Plaza and Our Tampines Hub, as well as selected delivery platforms.
The Blue Pea Nasi Lemak comes with naturally-coloured coconut rice, a fried egg, veggies, sambal, and ikan bilis, along with the famous satay.
