Inspired by the adorable characters from the animated children’s show, the cafe will sport My Little Pony decor, and serve a menu that’s been specially designed by Shirley Wong, more popularly known by her Instagram handle @littlemissbento. Her menu for this latest pop-up features six snacks, five mains, three desserts, and 11 drinks.

For starters, you can look forward to The Dashing Magical Rainbow Dash Impossible Plant Based Burger ($27.90+). The burger features blue mantou, inspired by the similarly-coloured pony, Rainbow Dash. It’s stuffed with a house-made Impossible meat patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, tamago, and caramelised onions. You can also opt for either a Chicken Katsu Patty or Ebi Patty if you’re not a fan of the plant-based meat alternative.

The Magic Potion Karaage Chicken With Beetroot Cream Rice ($26.90+) is another dish to look out for. The rice, which is shaped like a potion bottle, sits on a plate of beetroot cream sauce, accented with stars cut from carrot, and cheddar cheese hearts. It also comes with a fresh salad and fried chicken chunks on the side. As with the burger, you can also request for Impossible plant-based nuggets instead of chicken.

If you’re still feeling peckish, order yourself some snacks to pair with your main course. The Karaage Chicken With Soy Garlic Glaze ($15.90+) comes with a soy garlic dip that you can pair with the crispy karaage chicken. Otherwise, you could also consider getting a side of Hand Cut Truffle Fries ($14.90+) or the Impossible Mini Corn Dog ($14.90+)

Complete the experience with a whimsical dessert of your choice. You Are Magical! The Churros Chocolate Fondue Set ($25.90+) includes raspberry churros, a scoop of strawberry and vanilla ice cream, as well as fresh fruits, which you can dip in the warm chocolate fondue. The set also comes with a house-made butter cookie printed with an image of the adorable ponies.
