The Humful Char Kway Teow does not just come a small handful of cockles you usually get with an average CKT order. The hawker claims he doesn’t count how many he puts on, but one can expect up to 40! You can check out the proof for yourself via the TikTok video below:

Liang Ji is quite the buzzy char kway teow stall and has garnered a fair bit of online attention beyond the Humful Char Kway Teow.

They also have a few interesting takes on CKT, including their Ultimate Char Kway Teow, which comes with all the usual toppings you find in the dish, as well as oysters and crab meat. Each plate is priced at $10.

The stall is also remixing the other CKT: chai tow kway, AKA carrot cake. Here, you can get your carrot cake with toppings such as Mala Bacon ($6), Cheesy Floss ($6), and Wasabi Floss ($10).
