Weekend brunch comes in the form of all shapes and sizes; think free-flow cheeses at Bar Milano, affordable French-inspired mains at Allo Restaurant and many more. If you’re looking for unlimited alcohol for your next brunch affair, Ginett Singapore has a value-for-money option.

The atas-looking restaurant and wine bar sits on the ground floor of Hotel G, a boutique hotel in Bugis. Brunch takes place from 12pm to 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays, where you can top up $15++ per person for two hours of free-flow mimosas when you order any main from the brunch menu.

For the uninitiated, the mimosa is a cocktail that comprises two simple ingredients: prosecco or champagne, and orange juice.

The mains are easy on the wallet, too. Tuck into the hearty Ginett Burger ($18++), starring Angus beef patty, caramelised onions, blue cheese, bacon, and arugula. A generous basket of fries is served on the side. Those who prefer eggs for brunch can opt for the Eggs Florentine ($15++): poached eggs, ham, spinach, and Hollandaise sauce, all atop English muffins.

There’s also a small selection of pastas on the menu, including the popular Olio Scampi ($24++), an umami-packed dish with tiger prawns, garlic, chilli, bacon, and house-made linguine.

If the two hours of free-flow mimosas aren’t enough for you, Ginett Singapore has wines by the glass from just $8++. Pair your drinks with a cheese board; prices range from $18++ for the Selection of Two Cheeses to $58++ for a 1 Meter Board that comes with five cheeses, five cold cuts, and one pâté.

The restaurant and wine bar is a two-minute and four-minute walk from Bencoolen and Rochor MRT Stations respectively.
