FuFu Pot in Plaza Singapura
If you’re a big fan of hotpot, then you’ll love what this place has to offer. Located at level six in Plaza Singapura, FuFu Pot introduces a modern take on traditional hotpots, by offering individual pots with Asian-inspired flavours such as Stinky Tofu, Korean Army Stew and more.
A unique and interesting take on classic hotpot flavours, Stinky Tofu ($24.90++) is a Taiwanese-inspired broth zhnged-up with marinated stinky tofu. The pot is filled to the brim with a variety of seafood such as tiger prawns, clams as well as Angus beef shabu. It also comes with instant noodles to make it a full meal.

If you’re not a fan of stinky tofu, you can also get their White Curry ($19.90++), another specialty item on their menu. This Thai-inspired broth comes with the same variety of seafood, but instead of the beef shabu, you get fish roe for an extra depth of seafood flavour.
Fans of army stew know how much of a big pot it’s typically served in, which makes it a dish best shared with a group of people. At FuFu Pot, their Korean Army Stew ($16.90++) offers individual pots with the same ingredients you’d typically find in a normal army stew, such as luncheon meat and tteokbokki. You can also add cheese for a richer taste.
For classics, must-tries include the Tonkotsu Miso ($18.90++), Tomato ($12.90++), Collagen ($23.90++), and Sichuan Mala ($14.90++). They also include Mushroom ($9.90++) as a vegetarian option. But if you’d like to try something new, go for the ones mentioned above!
Other than their pots, their side dishes are not to be missed as well. You can expect different Asian favourites such as Japchae with Mushroom & Vegetables ($3.80), Aburi Japanese Chasu & Ajitama ($9.80), Lollipop Chicken with Thai Sweet Chilli ($6.80), and Fried Stinky Tofu ($5.80).
