Butler Koffee which was previously a mobile coffee cart with quite a following, has finally found a permanent space at 39 Neil Road.

This is a collaborated space with Beng Who Cooks, as they decided to dong together.
Butler Koffee will be operating from 8:30am till 5pm; while the Bengs would do their “night duty” with dinner service after.
Owner Alicia Yap started off her barista journey working at cafes back in the UK as a hospitality student.
She then continued to pursue her dream with a mobile coffee cart in 2017 before settling down as a pop-up in front of Moonstone along Amoy Street.
Using a 2-beans-blend (Dark Matter – Brazil, Colombia) roasted by Alchemist for their espresso-based drinks, the menu offers White ($5), Black ($5), and Mocha ($6.50).
My cup of Flat White ($5) was smooth and medium-bodied with hints of chocolate and hazelnut even though I wished that it was more robust.
I was recommended their Cold Brew ($8) available in flavours such as White, Black, Chocolate, Mocha, Elder & Cream Black Tea and Maple Vanilla Green Tea.
Using a different 2-beans-blend from their espresso-based drinks, Guatemala and Brazil beans roasted by 2-Degrees North are used for their Cold Brew.
The result was a medium-heavy body with robust-nutty, chocolatey tasting notes, and distinctive sweet finishing.
Bakes and pastries available from 8:30am to 5pm, are sourced from one of my favourite new bakery café Nuage Patisserie & Boulangerie a at Kampong Bahru.
You can expect pastries of Croissant ($4.50), Pain Au Chocolate ($5), Almond Croissant ($6), Raisin Escargot ($6), Brioche ($6.50), Carrot Cake ($5.50) and Salted Caramel Chocolate Mousse ($7).
If you arrive at a later hour from 11am to 5pm, there are brunch items prepared in partnership with the Beng Who Cooks team.
The brunch menu includes Tarter Puff ($9), Sunny-Sunshine Tartine ($10), Mushroom Tartine ($13), Crab Tartine ($20), Smoked Salmon & Caviar Tartine ($21) and Grain-fed Ribeye Tartine ($28).
