ilmiri Korean Fusion Cuisine is a popular chain with close to 200 outlets across Korea. The restaurant was even featured in famous K-drama Hyena! Fans of Korean food, or jjimdak AKA braised chicken specifically, will be thrilled to know that they have opened their first outlet in Singapore along Circular Road, a seven-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT Station.

Their Cloud Cheese Jjimdak ($41.90++) is a must-try. This signature dish features a combination of braised chicken, potato chunks, rice cakes, vegetables, and glass noodles blanketed in mozzarella cheese. If you’re a fan of sweet-salty combos, you’ll surely dig jjimdak.

A great sharing platter to have with your friends or family is their Crunchy Potato ($17.90++), a potato pancake topped with sour cream and vegetables. This is a great alternative to the more familiar kimchi pancake, seafood pancake or pajeon AKA scallion pancake!

There’s also the Mari ($47.90++) that presents you the best of both worlds—you get charcoal-grilled beef slices that are rolled with spring onions, along with a Korean stew! Even better, you have three dipping sauces to complement your meat: Yuzu Soy, Sesame Sauce, and Thai Chilli

As the restaurant is newly opened, do bear with them if you experience any hiccups during your visit here. Else, check out Compose Coffee, a popular Korean coffee brand that recently opened in Suntec City.
