Heads up, Westies: you can now get their fresh crepe fix at Bee-Live Beverage & Dessert, a new kiosk that’s located in YewTee Point! Bee-Live is located in Basement 1 of the mall, which is right next to Yew Tee MRT Station.

Prices are kept affordable here, with a ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????? at just $3. The sizeable crepe is handmade on the spot, to order. It’s said to be thin and crispy with a light honey drizzle for added sweetness.

If you want something more substantial, get the Peanut Butter Banana ($4.20) instead. Otherwise, the Banana Cheese ($4.20) is a sweet and savoury combination that’s worth a try. The takeaway kiosk has other trendy crepe flavours, including the Lotus Biscoff ($4.60), which includes sweet caramelised cookie crumbs. There’s even an interesting Nutella Avocado ($4.60) option that pairs creamy avocado with the classic hazelnut-chocolate spread!

Those who want something savoury can try their Bonito Ham & Cheese ($5.60) crepe, or go for the simpler Chicken Floss ($4.60) instead.

Don’t miss the lineup of honey-themed bubble tea, too. Here, honey is used in place of sugar for a richer-tasting yet healthier drink. The Honey Lemon ($3.60) is a classic that you can zhng-up with some Bee-Live Honey Jelly ($1) or White Pearls ($0.90).

Else, get the popular Green Milk Tea ($3.90) or the refreshing Watermelon Mint Kee Mun Black Tea ($4.90) instead.

If you’re up for more desserts, read our Sweedy Patisserie feature for artisanal fatcarons, crepe cakes and more in Hougang. The homegrown brand’s signature Strawberry Cheesecake fatcaron is a must-try; this sweet treat sees strawberry cream cheese, white chocolate, and a strawberry jam centre held by macaron shells.

Otherwise, if you’re in the hood, head to Fosters Cafe, which has just opened in the same mall! Known for their old-school scones and Western food, this cult-favourite brand has been around for over 60 years.
