A hot favourite among the locals, the style in which the dish is served is reminiscent of a cai png meal. You start off by picking your choice of ingredients which would then be cut up. Popular picks include lor bak, breaded pork or chicken cutlets, deep-fried sunny side-ups, and chap chye.
