Residents of Sengkang, we have good news for you. Popular bakery Brotherbird Bakehouse will be opening a pop-up at Sengkang Shell from Sept 1 to Oct 31 with over 13 amazing flavours of pastries to enjoy!

According to their Instagram, the bakery also mentions North and West locations are already in plans, so there’s even more good news to look forward to!
Brotherbird will be selling 13 flavours of pastry at the petrol station.

Pizza Danish
Mentaiko Prawn TB (twice-baked)
Ham & Cheddar
Almond TB
Rocher Croissant
Earl Grey Milk Chocolate
Pistachio TB
Lemon Meringue Croissany

Here are the opening hours of the pop-up:
Monday to Friday – 4pm to 9pm.
Sat to Sun – 11am till 4pm.
The pastries are on a while-stocks-last basis, so the pop-up will close earlier if sold out.

For those around the Lavender area, you can also head down and check out their newly revamped flagship outlet at CT Hub 2. The bakery now has a drive-through concept, which is open from 10am to 2.30pm daily and will offer a small selection of their popular bakes and pastries. Alternatively, you can also head down to their cafe at Bali Lane where you can enjoy a full range of their bakes, desserts, and savoury items as well!
