Shu Heng’s Bi Tai Mak ($3) features a thick and starchy gravy that coats the rice noodles beautifully, giving every slurp an amazing burst of flavour! The gravy brings a pleasant mix of sweet and savoury, with the chewy and tender noodles pairing perfectly with it. Not only that, the dish comes with an array of ingredients like mushrooms, hae bi, minced pork, salted fish, fried shallots and green onions, bringing additional dimensions of flavour to the dish. Be sure to have a scoop of everything together to enjoy the most amazing burst of umami! Seriously delicious! For those who love their spice, be sure to add their chilli for that extra oomph to your dish!
