Tiong Bahru Lien Fa Shui Jing Pau has been the go-to spot for many Singaporeans to fix their cravings. Operated by two brothers, this stall has been around for many decades. In fact, some netizens had fond memories of purchasing crystal dumplings from this particular stall in the 1970s. The duo had learned how to make crystal dumplings from their father and skilfully made crystal dumplings ever since.

So skillful, it is even on the Michelin list! Initially located at Tiong Bahru, it has now moved to Alexandra Food Village Centre. Right here, there are many types of crystal dumplings to try from. The choices consist of savoury and sweet ones. Some of the choices include the original, red bean, and yam (orh nee). Many people loved the sweet crystal dumplings, and it is often sold out.

It is noted that this spot is currently taking pre-orders for their crystal dumplings. To order, it is best to drop a call/text to 62745561. If your choice of crystal dumplings is sold out, they usually make a new batch within the hour. In one of the latest posts from Can Eat! Hawker Food, a handful of netizens mentioned that crystal dumpling is now considered an ‘endangered species as not many places offer them anymore.
