I am not sure about you, but I definitely am a sucker for sappy Korean romcoms. I always end up with baggy eyes and a rumbling tummy from pulling all-nighters to binge-watch the shows. This in turn makes me go on a crazy Korean feast the next day, usually at a Korean BBQ buffet restaurant. For those of you who love to eat Korean food after watching K-dramas, check out this list of 16 places that serve Korean BBQ buffets!
1. I’m Kim Korean BBQ
Located just a few minutes’ walks away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, I’m Kim Korean BBQ is often bustling with hungry people during lunch. Among their array of marinated meat, a few popular picks would be their spicy volcano chicken and succulent beef. There is also a wide variety of side dishes available, including kimchi soup, tteokbokki, and a self-serve salad bar. Be sure to help yourself to a generous serving of kimchi pancake, as it often runs out within minutes of being refilled!
The buffet goes at $15.90++ per person for a weekday lunch, and $25.90++ for weekends and public holidays. Dinner goes at $25.90++ from Monday to Thursday, and $26.90++ from Friday to Sunday, including public holidays.

Be spoilt for choice at Ssikkek Korean BBQ, which offers an assortment of cooked dishes on top of the usual marinated meats. With items such as japchae, ramyeon and Korean fried chicken, you won’t be starving while waiting for your meats to cook.
As if that’s not enough, the restaurant also dishes out banchan. DIY your ssam-bomb with a slice of lettuce topped with grilled meat, garlic and kimchi! The buffet costs $25.80++ for adults, and $18++ for children between 8 to 13 years.
3. Maru Korean BBQ Buffet

Dishing up fuss-free Korean BBQ, Maru Korean BBQ Buffet will please those looking for a simple but satisfying Korean BBQ restaurant. The marinated meats are seasoned just enough to pack a punch of flavour, without being too heavy on the palate. Other side dishes include takoyaki, japchae and tteokbokki, along with free-flow fruit cordials.
Be sure to only grab what you can stomach, ‘cause this restaurant has a policy of charging $50 per 100g of leftovers! The buffet is priced at $14++ for weekday lunches, $21++ for weekday dinners, and $24++ on weekends.

4. Hanssik Korean BBQ Buffet

Hanssik Korean BBQ Buffet is one of the few halal KBBQ places around. They’re the halal sister brand to Daessiksin KBBQ, and have 10-12 different types of meat, along with a free flow of side dishes. They also have a savoury cheese dip that you can set in the middle of the hotplate, so you can coat the marinated meat in molten cheesy goodness! A couple of the old Daessiksin outlets were recently converted to their halal-certified siblings, at Clementi, West Mall, and Kallang Wave Mall. The price remains the same, at $26.99++ for daily dinner, and $16.99++ for the weekday lunch buffet.

5. K. Cook Korean BBQ Buffet

K.Cook Korean BBQ Buffet boasts a large dining area with both air-conditioned and alfresco seatings. Their meat selection includes a wide variety of marinated and non-marinated cuts, as well as seafood such as squid and prawn. Help yourself to a bowl of spicy tofu stew, which has a tangy flavour and leaves a lingering heat on your tongue.
For adults, the lunch buffet is priced at $16.90++ for weekdays, and $26.90++ for weekends. If you’re visiting for dinner, it’s priced at $26.90++ for Mondays to Thursdays, and $28.90++ for the rest of the week.

For a value-for-money meal, choose from one of the different food combinations that Sin Manbok Korean Restaurant has to offer. My all-time favourite here is Event 4 ($25++), which comes with unlimited marinated meat, a bowl of Korean stew, spicy tteokbokki, a plate of fried Korean chicken and either Korean pancake or steamed egg. If you’re not one to share your food, select a dish from their wide choice of a la carte options, including traditional Korean street food such as Jajangmyeon ($13++) and Rice Cake and Dumpling Soup ($14++).

Ju Shin Jung Korean Restaurant offers a range of BBQ sets that cater to your preference of meat, with the most expensive being A Set ($198++). It comprises beef ribs, boneless short ribs, wagyu beef chuck, mushrooms, a Korean pancake, a stew of your choice, as well as unlimited Korean wine and Oreo bingsu. If you’re feeling ravenous that day, go for their Unlimited BBQ ($32++ for lunch, $38++ for Monday-Thursday dinner, $42++ for Friday-Sunday dinner), which includes free-flow marinated meat such as sliced beef, prawn and pork belly, along with a main dish of your pick.
9. Michin Korean BBQ And Hotpot
Michin Korean BBQ And Hotpot is another KBBQ joint that’s tucked away in a residential coffee shop. The KBBQ and hotpot buffet is $17.80. There are plenty of meat options to grill up and enjoy, like the Soya Chicken Leg, Marinated Beef Slices, and Garlic Pork Collar. The meats are high quality and marinated well.
Six soup bases are available at Michin. Some options are Mala, Tom Yum, and Kimchi. The kimchi base helps to impart powerful flavours into the seafood ingredients but is a little bit overpowering for the marinated meat. Even though the buffet is under $20, you can still get tons of seafood, such as mussels, prawns, and scallops. It’s definitely a worthwhile deal.

10. Dookki Singapore
Dookki Singapore is a little bit more unconventional. It’s a Korean buffet, but instead of pork belly slabs, you’ll be getting an unlimited supply of army stew and chewy tteokbokki instead! The Tteokbokki Buffet ($18.80++) lasts for 90 minutes, and for that duration, you can stuff yourself full of the tasty rice cakes. For another $9.80++, you can get a ring of cheesy sauce to pair them with. Toss them right into the bubbling pot of army stew, and then coat them in layer after layer of molten cheese.
For those who can’t get enough of the rice cakes, there are eight different types of toothsome tteokbokki. There’s the classic variant we all know and love, thinner varieties, ones stuffed with cheese, pumpkin paste, and some with sweet potato filling! There’s a range of sauces for you to mix and match according to your preference.
There are also tons of other sides, like a free flow of Korean fishcakes on sticks, fried and battered meat, kimchi fried rice and more!

11. Korean Fusion BBQ

Korean Fusion BBQ is nestled in Dunlop Street, relatively hidden compared to the other restaurants. You’ll need to head up a tiny flight of stairs to reach the restaurant, revealing a modernised, trendy interior, complete with graffiti walls and Korean idol pinups.
The adult price is $27.80+ for a weekday lunch, and $31.80+ for a weekday dinner. The KBBQ joint has rather unique meats for grilling, like Bak Kwa Bacon, Lychee Pork Belly and Curry Chicken. This KBBQ restaurant is also open till 2am, so you’ll easily be able to fulfil your late-night cravings.

12. 2D1N Soju Bang

2D1N Soju Bang is a two-storey restaurant located along Tanjong Pagar Road. The first floor focuses on ala carte items, while the second is where the buffet can be found. The weekday buffet is $25++, whereas the weekend is priced at $27++.
Each buffet lasts 90 minutes and includes dishes such as kimchi and seafood pancakes, soup and ramyeon, and all the classic KBBQ meat.
