I tend to think twice before giving in to my hotpot cravings, since it can easily cost upwards of $30 per person. But with HIP POT‘s new Weekday Lunch Sets, I no longer have to. Starting from just $14.90++, the lunch sets offer diners access to over 90 food items and ingredients, available Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm.

Since opening at One Holland Village back in 2023, the restaurant has become popular for its wide range of hotpot offerings and quality of ingredients. They’ve garnered a 4.7-star rating from over 2,500 Google reviews! You get to pick from 10 signature soup bases, all priced at just $8.90 a la carte, and mix up to three bases in one pot.
The Weekday Lunch Special offers two sets to choose from. The most affordable Single Grilled Fish Set A ($14.90++) caters to solo diners and comes with one grilled fish and a fixed soup, a bowl of rice, and a drink. The Single Grilled Fish Set B ($18.90++) ups the ante slightly, letting you pick from four soup bases: Mala, Sauerkraut, Tomyum, or Tomato, and comes with rice, a side dish, and a drink.
If you’re unsure what broth to pick, we recommend the fragrant Mala Spicy Soup Base, brewed with all-natural spices for a numbing kick. It’s less oily than most, and vegetarian-friendly too, with an allium-free option available on request. For a richer take, the Mala Spicy Soup Base (Butter) adds a more indulgent, buttery depth to the broth.

Other options include the Collagen Soup Base, a fish maw chicken broth simmered for six hours, and the Herbal Pork Belly Chicken Soup Base, infused with Hainan white pepper for a gentle spicy kick. Other soup bases include Chaoshan Beef, Pork Ribs, Mushroom, Sour and Spicy Golden, among others.
Ingredients-wise, HIP POT’s Jumbo Platte (from $15.90++) is the one to get, featuring Iberico Black Pork and U.S. Premium Beef laid out as a generous one-metre-long spread. Beef options span Flat Iron Beef, Snowflake Beef and more, the latter standing out for its heavy marbling.

Seafood lovers can go for Tiger Prawns (from $11.90++), Crispy Fish Slice (from $9.90++), or the signature Prawn & Cuttlefish Paste with Roe (from $12.90++).
Beyond the food, diners also get complimentary free-flow ice cream, available in four flavours, to end their meal, along with free kids’ meals for families.
