Their Prosperity Buffet will run from 1 February to 24 February, priced at $68++ for lunch, or $88++ for dinner, for adults. The festive buffet menu spans a range of international dishes and seasonal specials, all prepared with high-quality ingredients that are often locally sourced. Highlights include the DIY Yusheng, Braised Duck with Mushroom and Chestnut, Grilled Baby Lobster with Tarragon Butter, and Seafood in Mushroom Essence. The 8 Course Set Menu ($268++) here is good for four, and starts with Mio Fine Food’s signature Edible Garden Yu Sheng with Assorted Sashimi, dressed with a house-made plum sauce. Prices start at $128++ for their Vegetarian Set Menu, which comes with six courses, of which there are dishes such as Double-Boiled Bird’s Nest, Golden Pumpkin Broth, and Wok-fried Glutinous Rice.

If you’re dining with the family, the Herbal Chicken in Lotus Leaf ($48++) is a must, starring a whole French chicken cooked with a selection of herbs, wrapped in a lotus leaf.
