Gelato lovers, heads up: Celine’s Gelato is now open in Serangoon Gardens! Previously found at Novena Regency, this is the popular gelato cafe’s second location, which is great news for those who have found the traffic situation in the Novena area a pain.

Rather than in the main Serangoon Gardens thoroughfare, Celine’s Gelato can be found on the first floor of myVillage, the small mall just off the roundabout.

Unlike at their Novena store, where the gelato is sold out of a customised gelato cart housing a Pozzetti display, the Pozzetti at myVillage are built into the display counter.

If you’re unfamiliar with the term, Pozzetti is a traditional way of storing gelato in cylindrical containers. They’re said to be better at maintaining the temperature of the gelato, thus preserving the quality for longer.
There are 11 flavours on offer at Celine’s Gelato, with bestselling options including Pistachio, made with Bronte Sicilian nuts imported specially from Italy. Fans also love their Black Sesame, Hojicha, Tiramisu, Hokkaido Milk and more, each ultra creamy and rich.

A scoop of gelato here will set you back $6, with premium flavours going for $0.50 more a pop. A cone is priced at $0.50, while additional scoops of gelato will cost $3.50 for regular and $4 for premium flavours.
Pair your gelato with an Espresso ($4.50) or other cuppas such as a Flat White ($6) and more. That’s not to say non-coffee drinkers are left out: they’ve got Chocolate, Matcha, and Chai Latte on the menu too. Each of these lattes is priced at $6.

Unfortunately, Celine’s Gelato at Serangoon Gardens doesn’t seem to have waffles and other pastries at this point, unlike at Novena Regency.
While you’re at myVillage, check out Waa Cow! Yakiniku on the second floor for wallet-friendly Japanese grilled meats. Otherwise, venture out to Serangoon Gardens Hawker Centre for super gao pork porridge at Tong Xin Gu Wei.
