Brotherbird Bakehouse is no stranger to the scene; they’ve been around for a few years now, and are known to be a pioneer of mochi croissants in Singapore. They currently have a Northpoint City pop-up, as well as a bake-on-site store in City Hall.
Over at their latest VivoCity kiosk, you can look forward to a whopping total of 15 croissant flavours. Mainstays include the Ham & Cheese ($6.48), comprising honey-baked ham and cheddar cheese between Brotherbird’s signature butter croissant.
The popular Mentaiko Prawn ($7.02) is on the lineup too. This savoury flavour stars a mentaiko prawn stuffing and mozzarella cheese, twice baked in a buttery croissant.
Those who have a sweet tooth can order their Earl Grey Milk Chocolate (price TBD) or Rocher ($5.40), the latter starring hazelnut paste and dark chocolate glaze. Otherwise, Lemon Meringue ($5.40), which comes topped with torched meringue, is another delicious pick.

You can also try the Brotherbird Bakehouse’s April specials: Injeolmi Mochi, Mango Sticky Rice, and Strawberry Daifuku. These three limited-time flavours come with a hidden mochi middle for that addictive QQ texture. We’ll update this story when we get details on the prices.
In related bakery news, here are eight bakeries in Singapore that sell the viral crookie! These indulgent pastries are a cross between flaky croissant layers and sweet cookie dough.
