Brotherbird Bakehouse opens in Yishun

Check out the screenshot above to see how the new pop-up store looks. Each day, the first batch of croissants will be out at 11:30am, followed by the second batch at 4pm.
Fans can look forward to a whopping total of 15 croissant flavours up for grabs. Their signature Mentaiko Prawn Twice-Baked ($7.02), stuffed with a mentaiko prawn and mozzarella cheese filling, is a must-try.
Their Cinnamon Bun ($5.40) is another noteworthy pick; this bake replaces sweet bread for laminated pastry dough, swirled with cinnamon sugar, and finished with a cream cheese glaze.

There’s also the Rocher ($5.40), an all-time fave starring hazelnut paste and dark chocolate glaze.
Other popular picks include Lemon Meringue ($5.40) and Matcha Almond Twice-Baked ($6.48), starring an earthy matcha almond paste and mochi chunks within.

Here’s more good news: the first 30 customers of each batch (11:30am and 4pm) will get to try Brotherbird’s new Croissantrillos (price TBD) for free! These are essentially croissant sticks, dipped in a Matcha Chocolate or Classic Rocher sauce. Do note that you’ll need to buy at least six croissants to enjoy this opening promotion, which runs from 10 to 31 January.
