There’s a hotdog cafe that recently opened its doors in Clarke Quay, and it goes by the name of Rollin. It’s said to be the first in Asia to offer “cheese crust hotdogs”, which sees the popular street snack coated in two cheeses: mozzarella and cheddar.

That is best embodied in the Rollin Classic ($11.90), where juicy pork bratwurst sausage and bun is combined with pickles, onions, a trio of ketchup, tartar sauce, and dijon mustard, before the whole thing is wrapped in a glorious cheese crust.

Consider the Cheese Beef Bolognese ($14.90), a hotdog spin on the iconic pasta dish of the same name. Beef bolognese, chopped tomatoes, and onions join the same pork bratwurst sausage and bun combo, all enveloped by the rich goodness of the brand’s signature cheese crust.

Also try the Bacon Delight ($12.90), defined by the addition of guacamole and crispy bacon bits to the cheese-crusted hotdog.
Those looking for more Asian flavours can get either the Fiery Seoul ($12.90), which uses kimchi and Korean BBQ sauce, as well as Tokyo Teriyaki ($12.90), featuring the teriyaki and mayonnaise duo.

You can enjoy all these treats in a stylish cafe with a bold yellow theme. If you’re a pet owner, you’ll be glad to know that this is a pet-friendly cafe—so bring your dog along as you feast on hotdogs!
